Initial Prowess evaluation report
An Assessor will go through your self-assessment form and provide a comprehensive report pin-pointing where your organisation is in the relation to the Flagship standards and where some development is needed. The agreed report will be presented to the Independent Flagship Accreditation Panel.

On-site visit / Verification
An Assessor will arrange a mutually convenient day to visit. You have the opportunity to provide evidence of your services in order for them to verify the self assessment document. Allow one day for this (if more than 1 day is necessary an extra charge will be made but is only likely to apply to large multi-site delivery organisations).

Commitment to Flagship
If you are not ready for full verification you may choose to make a “Commitment To Flagship”. The verification visit is carried out and you prepare an Action Plan for the areas where further evidence or action is needed to achieve full accreditation within 12 months.

Annual Self-assessment
All Flagship Award holders must complete and return annual self-assessment paperwork by the end of each year (for the 3 year period of the Flagship Award). This is necessary to confirm your continued Flagship status and it also presents a great opportunity at the Prowess Annual Conference to celebrate existing Flagship organisations along with awarding new organisations achieving the Flagship standard for the first time. Flagship status will only be re-confirmed upon receipt and approval of a completed self assessment form.

Full Re-Verification
All Flagship Award holders must go through the full re-verification process (ie complete and return the self-assessment paperwork and host a full re-verification visit) three years after the award is first achieved.

Please note: The above fees are current as at 1 January 2009. If at any time during the assessment process additional verification visits are required, additional fees will be payable.
