Helen is an established, CIPD qualified HR and leadership development professional, author and public speaker whose career spans over 20 years, in 2011 she was appointed a UK Female Entrepreneurship Ambassador. Helen’s specialities include business leadership, entrepreneurship, employee motivation, innovation and creativity in business and employee development. Helen runs her own businesses; Jaluch a HR and training consultancy and My Business, My Success which provides female entrepreneurs with advice and support, including workshops and coaching.
